Utopia in foreign policy: A series of visions of Finland’s position in the world

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Sinikukka Saari’s article was published in the joint publication of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the University of Turku, titled “Utopia ulkopolitiikassa: Sarja visioita Suomen asemasta maailmassa”. In her article, Saari visioned a broader Eastern policy for Finland that would focus also on other countries than Russia.
