Tiia Lehtonen joins the EU programme

Researcher Tiia Lehtonen will join the Institute´s European Union research programme on October 1st. She has previously worked as a researcher at the European University Institute in Florence and will defend her PhD thesis there soon. Her expertise includes the EU´s institutional development and reform, the status of small member states in intergovernmental decision-making, treaty negotiation dynamics and national ratification processes.
