Jan Szyszko, Polish Minister of Environment, was the 15th speaker of the FIIA EU-Presidency Series.
Minister Szyszko is a Professor of Forest Science. He is engaged in studies on the density and regeneration of forest systems and has published widely on the subject. Prior to his ministerial post, he was also the Polish Governmental Plenipotentiary for the UN Convention on Climate Change.
