What political, economic, legal and administrative consequences has cooperation with the EU had for Norway? Norway’s relationship with the EU is based on association without membership and this relationship is founded on a number of agreements. In January 2012 a thorough review on Norway’s agreements with the EU and their consequences was published. This report has received considerable attention in the EU, in Norway and in Iceland and it will now be discussed in a seminar at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs. The speakers introduce the main findings of the report and analyze the relationship between Norway and the EU during the past 20 years.
