Senior Research Fellow Emma Hakala contributed to the “Megatrends in Africa” report, published today 4 December by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland. The authors consisted of a group of researchers including Professors Petri Pellikka and Mikael Mattlin from the University of Helsinki, Dr. Leena Vastapuu from the Tampere Peace Research Institute and Dr. Emma Hakala.
