Pekka Aalto is an intern in the Finland and Northern European security research programme at the Finnish Institute of International Affairs.

He currently studies a Bachelor’s degree in world politics at the University of Helsinki and is starting a Bachelor’s degree in war studies at the National Defense University of Finland this year.
