An article entitled “A Willing Partner in the North: Finnish Perceptions on Germany as a Baltic Power” (77-91) written by FIIA’s Research Fellow Matti Pesu and Santtu Lehtinen has been published in a book “Perceptions of Germany in the Security of the Baltic Sea Region” edited by Andris Sprūds and Elizabete Vizgunova (Latvian Institute of International Affairs).
