A new peer-reviewed article by Senior Research Fellow Ryhor Nizhnikau ”Playing the enemies: Belarus finds itself in between EU and Russian sanction regimes” has been published in Revista CIDOB d’Afers Internacionals. The article analyses the effects on Belarus of the EU’s sanctions on Russia, and Russia’s sanctions on EU and Ukraine. The article is written in Spanish, but the abstract is also available in English.
