Cyber security in the framework of Russian national security

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Katri Pynnöniemi published an article titled ‘Kyberturvallisuus Venäjän kansallisen turvallisuuden viitekehyksessä’ in the STETE yearbook. In the article, Pynnöniemi argued that cyber security in Russia is strongly linked with the traditional geopolitical thought, and that informational warfare and psychological influencing are also linked with cyber security in Russia.
