Programme Director Arkady Moshes will give a lecture “The State of EU-Russian Relations: Have they passed the point of no return” as the annual Schuman lecture in Maastricht on Thursday 7 May. Previous lecturers in the series include, for example, Timothy Garton Ash, Ulrick Beck, Zygmunt Bauman and Jean-Claude Juncker.
