26 May 2016
Visiting Senior Fellow at the Institute Michael Haltzel has written an article on his ten-day trip in four small European countries: Estonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Austria. Haltzel writes that these four countries vary widely in virtually every way but one thing they have in common – they all are struggling to adapt to rapid and wrenching change. The article was published in The Huffington Post on May 25th.
