Finnish Foreign Service seeks strength in Nordic and EU collaboration

Institute Researcher Kristi Raik has published an article on the Nordic and European collaboration by the Finnish Foreign Service in the publication by JEF Finland (Eurooppanuoret) concerning services, administration and subsidiarity in the EU.
