Katja Creutz: State responsibility in international law - From paradigm to periphery

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Katja Creutz defended the doctoral dissertation entitled “State Responsibility in International Law: From Paradigm to Periphery” in the Faculty of Law, University of Helsinki, on 4 August. 

Professor Christian Tams, University of Glasgow, served as the opponent, and Professor Jan Klabbers as the custos.
