Mogherini as EU High Representative: How can she redefine the role?

Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Niklas Helwig and Carolin Rüger published a comment in EurActiv on the new EU High Representative Feredica Mogherini. According to Helwig and Rüger, there are great expectations of Mogherini’s term and in order to meet them she has to balance between the different dimensions of EU foreign policy as well as between the member states’ interests.
