New book on political narratives edited by Wolfgang Mühlberger and Toni Alaranta - FIIA - Finnish Institute of International Affairs

A new book edited by Senior Research Fellows Wolfgang Mühlberger and Toni Alaranta was published by Springer. The book, entitled Political Narratives in the Middle East and North Africa, examines the role of political narratives in shaping conflicts, perceptions of instability and conceptions of order. It also illustrates how political entrepreneurs explain and justify their political agendas by developing narratives which appeal to their stakeholders.
