Sarkozy's blunders spoil the EU-China relations

The Finnish business magazine Talouselämä has written an article which cites Institute researcher Mikael Mattlin’s comment on EU-China relations, which argues that the EU leaders failed in their attempts to get Chinese support for the EFSF.
