Programme Director Mika Aaltola and researcher Juha Käpylä published together with Valtteri Vuorisalo a book by Ashgate titled “The Challenge of Global Commons and Flows for US Power: The Perils of Missing the Human Domain”. The book deals with global commons (high seas, air, space and cyberspace) and their strategic and geopolitical importance especially from the point of view of the US.
