Senior Research Fellow at the Institute Harri Mikkola wrote an article to a financial magazine called “OPn talouslehti Chydenius” (1/2015). Mikkola writes about the unsure future of the Arctic, and reminds that the high expectations of the financial potential of the Arctic are partly based on incomplete understanding of the area. The Arctic know-how will not be the Finnish “Next Nokia”.
