Parliament appoints new members to FIIA Board

On 14 November, the Parliament appointed the following individuals as members of the institute’s Board for the term 1 January 2025–31 December 2029:

Tuomas Forsberg, Professor, Tampere University 

Klaus Korhonen, Ambassador, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland 

Jari Luoto, State Secretary for EU affairs, Director General, Prime Minister’s Office 

Leena Malkki, Docent, Director of the Centre for European Studies, University of Helsinki 

Johanna Rainio-Niemi, Associate Professor, University of Helsinki 

Henri Vogt, Professor, University of Turku 

In addition, Members of Parliament Vilhelm Junnila, Ville Kaunisto and Kimmo Kiljunen continue as members of FIIA Board until 31 December 2026.
