Samu Paukkunen, Deputy Director of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs, has resigned from his position and will move to the energy company Fortum as of 1 June 2026. Paukkunen will take up the role of Director, geopolitics and resilience at Fortum.
The vacant position will be opened for public application at a later date.
