The full programme has now been published, featuring discussions covering a broad range of topics, including European security architecture, intelligence, critical infrastructure, Arctic security, transatlantic relations, and climate security. Most of the HSF discussions can be followed via livestream.

HSF 2024 aims to foster dialogue and collaboration among leading experts, decision-makers, and emerging voices in the field of security and defence policy. The distinguished speakers include the President of the Republic of Finland, Alexander Stubb, Chief of Defence of Finland Janne Jaakkola, Chief of Defence of Estonia Andrus Merilo, as well as Director General Charlotte Petri Gornitzka from the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, Senior Researcher and Director Kori Schake from the American Enterprise Institute, the Editorial Director of Le Monde Sylvie Kaufmann, and former Ambassador of Finland to the United States Mikko Hautala.

This year, HSF has more partners than ever before.
