FIIA Research Fellows Markus Holmgren and Maria Lindén have been awarded grants by the Jenny and Antti Wihuri Foundation.
Holmgren received a grant of 30 000 euros for finalizing his PhD dissertation on the role of digital infrastructure in power politics. Holmgren is a PhD student at the University of Turku.
Lindén received a grant of 30 000 euros for her PhD dissertation on election manipulation in the U.S. in the 2020s and its effects on liberal democracy. Lindén is a PhD student at Tampere University.
