Helsinki Security Forum (HSF) is an annual event that brings together decision-makers and foreign policy experts to address topical international security issues from the perspective of Northern Europe. The event was launched in 2022, and it is organised by FIIA. The programme is built around an annual theme pertinent to the current international security situation.
In 2023, Helsinki Security Forum will address the theme of Deter, Defend and Secure – Europe in the Era of Radical Uncertainty. This theme is further explored in this year’s HSF report contributed by several FIIA researchers.
